Phase & Sequence Planning

JPTA is often called upon to assist clients develop project implementation plans due to the complexities of a project’s delivery model. These plans are developed in concert with client input, planning and feedback through a thorough understanding of their needs. Naturally, clients are able to roll this information into facility planning and ancillary project budgets thereby given the client ample time to plan internally.

Whether the process is a sequence of events that must take place or simply a series of phases running sequentially, by defining an implementation plan, JPTA ensures that this information is represented clearly through contract documentation.

Through this exercise, JPTA accurately identifies critical steps. By presenting these steps at all stages with client support, we provide an overall picture for all team members to follow so that expectations, deliverables and the chronology of events leading to total completion are fully understood.
