Schedule Control

JPTA has completed over 900 educational projects in its history – and is therefore no stranger to aggressive schedules and strict budgets. Adhering to these stringent, unforgiving schedule demands on any project, in any sector, requires experience, communication skills and a knowledgeable staff.

From a timeline perspective, an initial project schedule is prepared by the design team at the beginning of the every project to outline the critical milestones. These include the key dates for required approvals of the various development stages, including all design phases, the contract document phase, approvals by authorities having jurisdiction and tendering and construction. This schedule ensures that all key approvals and decisions are made at critical stages in order for the project to move forward. Furthermore, the completeness of our contract documents always ensures that the design is expertly coordinated with construction best practices; allowing field work to remain on time. Our reputation for fast and fair decisions on construction issues helps to keep progress construction while minimizing delays.
